Return Policy

Specialty Retailers must confirm Black Girl Sunscreen has the correct shipping address BEFORE placing a new order. If a package is not received due to a non-updated shipping address, the Retailer is responsible for the reshipment cost. If your shipment is damaged in transit or if you have an incomplete order, you agree to contact Black Girl Sunscreen within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of goods. Please voice any concerns via email to wholesale@blackgirlsunscreen.com. Be certain to reference your business name and provide as much information as possible.
