Thank you for your interest in becoming a wholesale partner. The following Wholesale Policy outlines the terms, requirements, and expectations for purchasing and selling our products. Eligibility

Wholesale accounts are available to approved retailers, professional businesses, and authorized resellers with a valid business license and resale certificate (where applicable). We reserve the right to approve or deny applications at our discretion.

 

Application Process

To apply for a wholesale account:

  • Provide all requested business information, including tax documentation.
  • Allow up to 5–10 business days for review and approval.

Approval is required before wholesale pricing is extended.

 

MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) Policy

Wholesale partners must adhere to our Minimum Advertised Price policy. 

Minimum Order Requirements

  • Opening order minimum: 24 units
  • Reorder minimum: 24 units

Minimums are enforced to maintain wholesale pricing eligibility.

 

Branding & Marketing

  • Our brand assets may not be altered without permission.
  • Products must be represented accurately and consistently

Online Sales & Marketplaces

  • Wholesale partners may not sell our products on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, eBay).
  • Unauthorized online resale may result in account termination.

Shipping & Handling

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the wholesale customer unless otherwise stated.
  • Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days after payment is received.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Pricing & Payment Terms

  • Wholesale pricing is confidential and for approved accounts only.
  • All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods include: Credit card, Debit card, Apple pay, Google pay

Sample Requests

  • Sample requests are subject to availability and approval.
  • Samples are intended for buyer review and internal evaluation only and may not be used for resale or consumer distribution.
  • We reserve the right to limit the quantity and frequency of sample requests.
  • Approved wholesale accounts may be responsible for shipping and handling costs associated with samples.

Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate wholesale accounts at any time for policy violations, non-payment, or actions that may harm the brand.
